Girls Behind the Rock Show is a nonprofit that focuses around getting more women and nonbinary folks into the music industry -- as sound engineers, roadies, techs, producers, managers, photographers, and more. I worked with them to create this video highlighting their Roadie for a Day program, which brings on a local young person to be a roadie for a partner band at each stop on their tour.
